1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User,” “Client,” or “you”) and Dravionyx Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of our website at https://grifox.pl/, as well as any game development, 3D art, or technical services provided by us.

By accessing the site or utilizing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or statement of work (SOW):

  • Studio Content: All custom graphics, code, artwork, branding, trademarks, logos, and website layouts provided on this site are owned or licensed by Dravionyx Studios and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Client Deliverables: Intellectual property rights to custom game assets, source code, and deliverables built specifically for clients are assigned and transferred upon full payment as defined in individual service contracts.

3. Development Services & Project Scope

We provide game development, 3D art asset creation, and technical co-development services. Any cost estimates, project timelines, or proposals provided through the site or via direct email inquiry are non-binding until formalized through a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or content from the website to create or compile a collection or database without written permission.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the site.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the website.
  • Use the site or our content to advertise or offer to sell unauthorized goods and services.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any portion of software comprising the site or our products.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Dravionyx Studios, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or services.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the website and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
